We host Virtual Servers with direct connections to Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) of your choice. With an IXP VM you keep your costs for transit lower. At the Frankfurt site we can offer you access to KleyReX and LocIX. At the Dusseldorf site, a connection to the DE-CIX is possible. Multiple peering LANs on one server are possible. A BGP session can be booked for each server, with which you receive IP transit from us. The connections for Transit and IXP are integrated as dedicated NICs for the virtual machine. We take care of the assignment of the IXP VLAN for you. The bandwidth in the peering LAN depends on the offer of the IXP (100mbit/s at KleyReX, 1Gbit/s at LocIX). Your IXP VM is the perfect start to be connected to peering networks. Our IX VMs can be extended with further IX VLANs at any time.
